Check out some of my art and work in progress.
Although I'm not a classically trained artist, I've always had a love for art, color and design. After a trip to the Vatican in Italy, I fell in love with the art of mosaic. I spent the last 20 years learning the trade, tools, materials and design of mosaics. I'm always interested in learning new things. I am currently working on creating my own hand made ceramic tile to put in my mosaic art.

I love the flowers, patterns in the fountains as the water drops and beautiful architecture of the buildings. That is where my inspiration comes from .... the compilation of nature, architecture and patterns. I love living in an urban area. I get plenty of inspiration from living in an historic neighborhood where we have brick sidewalks and cobblestone streets. Take a moment when you are in a city and notice the patterns in the brick or cobblestones. It's an amazing example of mosaic design.
